HCRG Care Group
Zeen undertook this project while employed by another agency.
Formerly Virgin Care before rebranding, HCRG Care Group is one of the UK's largest community service providers. They work closely with health and care commissioners to help transform health and wellbeing services.
HCRG needed a website overhaul to reflect the new branding and their revised range of services.
Using the new branding as a guide, Zeen designed wireframes to demonstrate the new website structure and then made revisions based on client feedback.
Zeen highlighted the six principal HCRG services, placing them prominently on the home page. This design choice draws the user's focus towards HCRG's prime functions.
Upon arriving on the website, a search box asks: 'How can we help you?'. This question helps quickly direct users to the information they need while also filtering different types of users (health commissioners and residents).
Infographics help communicate key stats, while case studies provide testimonials.
An interactive map lets you filter by location or search within a certain mile radius of a particular point. HCRG services are colour coded on the map to reflect the relevant colour branding used for that service across the website, creating a consistent design throughout the entire user journey. Each service has clear contact points.
